Frequently Asked Questions
Why wouldn't I just hire a full time DevOps Engineer?
Senior DevOps Engineers are expensive and great ones are rare.
If you did find and hire one you may not have enough DevOps work to fully utilize them. With us you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to, which ensures you are only paying for dev ops work when you have work available for us.
How does onboarding work?
In order to properly provision access for us to work in your environment we setup a one time call to go through your stack and grant access to anything necessary for us to provision and administrate your infrastructure. Once this is setup there is generally low upkeep as we rotate our own credentials. All credentials are kept in secure passkey vaults and segmented by customer.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed you can queue up as many requests as you would like, they will be worked on and delivered one by one.
What clouds do you support?
Currently we are only supporting AWS.
Is there any type of DevOps work you do not support?
Yes! Currently we do not support cloud infrastructure work outside of AWS. We also cannot provide support for most on-prem solutions. Almost anything else is fair game.
Do you offer developer experience improvements?
We do! You can feel free to queue up a task related to improving build times, configuring developer tools, setting up tooling within existing CI/CD pipelines, or even creating new CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the time intensive nature of the work, we do not offer refunds.
